White Board Markers

The white boards have become very popular since 1990s and they have replaced use of chalk and chalkboards almost everywhere. This has happened because white boards and white board markers provide much better writing. In addition, their low costs also played also account for making them immensely popular among masses.

The white board markers have specially designed ink.  This is easily removable from the surface of the white board.  However if it is applied to something different then it will be difficult to remove. This ink dries immediately after we write on the white board. Therefore, there are little chances that our hands getting stained with it.

The white board markers write so neatly that the writing may resembles the writing on a paper.  This is because the ink is quite thick and in addition to this as it dries immediately it does not spread much. It is a synthetic ink and is made from the petroleum products.

In the earlier days, the inks used for the white board markers had some strong smells. However, now the technology has progressed greatly and so the ink that is used today does not have such smell.

Similar to the normal markers they are available in a wide range. They are available in different colors. You will get the white board markers in almost all the colors. However, the preferred ones are those colors, which will be, are more clearly visible from the greater distances. The best are the red green and black. 

You will also get many options for their cost. This cost is affected by quality of the ink and on the design of the white board markers. The high quality inks are those, which do not produce any smell, have minimum spreading and dry quickly. Some especially design white board markers decorated with metal accessories are also available. However, the white board markers are things to be used and thrown. Therefore, the simple white board markers having a plastic body should be preferred.

Different materials as plastic, coated steel, etc are used for making white boards. Accordingly for them special purpose markers are available for them. It is better to use these special purpose white board markers, which will enable them to last longer.

The white board markers, though more expensive than the simple markers, do not cost much. They are available as a pack consisting of different colors which prove useful for writing the different things having different important in different colors.
